  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the destination location, product type, and courier service availability.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Handcrafted or bulky furniture items may take slightly longer due to size and handling requirements.

Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.
